Panasonic's air conditioners are known for two things: running very quietly, and the nanoe X technology built into many of them, which releases fine water particles that help reduce odours, mould and some allergens in the air it moves.
That makes Panasonic the brand we reach for when someone in the house has hay fever or asthma, when a bedroom needs to be as quiet as possible, or when a customer simply wants the air in the house to feel fresher rather than just colder. The wall-split range covers the usual room sizes, and the ducted and multi-split systems hold up well on bigger jobs.
TOZER is a preferred Panasonic warranty agent. Any warranty claim on a Panasonic system we installed is diagnosed, lodged and repaired by our own service department in Beresfield. We hold Panasonic units in our own warehouse, so installs are not waiting on a supplier's truck.

actually does
Panasonic's air purification technology gets talked about a lot. Here is the plain version from the people who install it.
How it works
nanoe X generates very fine water particles carrying hydroxyl radicals, which are released into the air the unit is moving. Panasonic's testing shows they help inhibit certain bacteria, viruses, mould and pollen, and reduce some odours, on surfaces and in the air of the room.
What it is not
It is not a medical device and it is not a substitute for a clean filter or a serviced unit. Think of it as a worthwhile extra for a household that cares about air quality, not the reason to choose a brand on its own.
Where it makes the most sense
Bedrooms, nurseries and living rooms in homes with allergy sufferers, and rooms that pick up cooking or pet smells. Ask us at the quote which current models include it, and whether it is worth the difference for your room.

Measured in person
Greg or Shaun visits your home or site, checks the rooms, roof space, power and where the outdoor unit can live. No sizing off a floor plan alone.
A fixed written quote
You get the system, the brand, the price and what is included, in writing. If something is not in the quote, you will not be charged for it later.
Booked, stocked, ready
Units and ducting come from our own Beresfield warehouse, so the install date we give you is the date we turn up, not the date the supplier delivers.
Installed by our own crews
Trained in-house, in TOZER uniform, floor mats down and taped. Neat penetrations, sealed and capped, and the site swept before the van leaves.
Commissioned and checked
Every system is run on heating and cooling, pressures and temperatures checked, and signed off against our completion checklist before we hand over the controller.
Backed for five years
A 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty, honoured by our own service department. Call the same office that installed it.

Ask us directlyIs Panasonic a good air conditioner brand?
Yes. Panasonic has made air conditioners for decades, the units are quiet and efficient, and it is one of the three brands whose warranty we are trusted to honour in-house. We would not be its warranty agent if the equipment gave us trouble.
Does every Panasonic model have nanoe X?
No. It is included on many of the current wall-split models and some ducted units, but not all of them. We will tell you at the quote which models in your size have it and whether it is worth the difference for your room.
What warranty comes with a Panasonic system?
Panasonic's residential ranges carry a five-year parts and labour manufacturer's warranty, and every TOZER installation carries our own 5-year workmanship warranty. As a Panasonic warranty agent, we handle any claim from our own service desk.
Can I run a Panasonic system from my phone?
Most current Panasonic splits and ducted systems support Wi-Fi control through Panasonic's app. Mention it at the quote and we will make sure the right module is included.
Panasonic or Daikin or Fujitsu?
All three are brands we are warranty agents for, so the honest answer is whichever suits your house and budget. Panasonic tends to win when air quality or a very quiet bedroom is the priority. Greg or Shaun will lay out the options at the measure.

Yes. Our service department services and repairs Panasonic systems of any age, whoever installed them.
