Most of the southern lake is closer to Morisset than to Newcastle, which is why we opened a second showroom here. Book a visit through the office, see and hear systems running, talk to someone who knows the area, and book your measure while you are there.
The southern end of Lake Macquarie is growing fast. New estates at Cooranbong, Wyee, Morisset Park and Trinity Point are going up alongside established homes in Toronto, Bonnells Bay, Dora Creek and Mannering Park, and lakefront properties at Brightwaters and Sunshine that get the full afternoon sun off the water. Each one needs a different answer, and we know these houses well.
Installs, servicing and repairs run from our Beresfield warehouse with the same crews and the same 5-year workmanship warranty as everywhere else. One split system or a whole-home ducted install, the job runs the same way. That is what makes a five-year workmanship warranty easy to put in writing.
Measured in person
Greg or Shaun visits your home or site, checks the rooms, roof space, power and where the outdoor unit can live. No sizing off a floor plan alone.
A fixed written quote
You get the system, the brand, the price and what is included, in writing. If something is not in the quote, you will not be charged for it later.
Booked, stocked, ready
Units and ducting come from our own Beresfield warehouse, so the install date we give you is the date we turn up, not the date the supplier delivers.
Installed by our own crews
Trained in-house, in TOZER uniform, floor mats down and taped. Neat penetrations, sealed and capped, and the site swept before the van leaves.
Commissioned and checked
Every system is run on heating and cooling, pressures and temperatures checked, and signed off against our completion checklist before we hand over the controller.
Backed for five years
A 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty, honoured by our own service department. Call the same office that installed it.

Visits are by appointment so the right person is there to walk you through the systems. Call the office on 02 4951 4522 and Lee will book a time that suits, including Saturdays.
Does a Morisset job come from Morisset or Beresfield?
Stock and crews run from the Beresfield warehouse, about half an hour up the highway, so the same people install and service everywhere. The Morisset showroom is where you see the systems and get the advice.
We are building in Cooranbong. When should we get you involved?
Before the frame goes up if you can, so ducting and the outdoor unit position are planned with the builder. If the house is already built, most estate homes have the roof space for a ducted install in a day.
Our lakefront house gets hammered by the afternoon sun. What works?
Usually a system with more capacity in the living area facing the water and separate control for the bedrooms, either a zoned ducted system or a multi-split. Blinds and glass matter too, and we will be honest about that at the measure.
Do you cover Toronto and Wangi Wangi on this page or the Newcastle one?
Either. The western side of the lake is covered by both crews, so call whichever number you like. If you are closer to Morisset, start with the showroom here.
