The quiet one
for the light sleepers
Mitsubishi Electric has built its reputation in Australia on quiet operation and long service life. When a customer tells us the bedroom unit has to be silent, or that they want a system they will not have to think about for fifteen years, this is often the brand we talk about.
The wall-split range runs from compact bedroom units up to large living-area models, the ducted systems are well regarded by installers for how they are put together, and the multi-split outdoor units let us mix wall, floor and bulkhead indoor units on the one system.
We are not Mitsubishi Electric's warranty agent in the way we are for Daikin, Fujitsu and Panasonic, and we would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise. What you do get is the full TOZER install: measured in person, installed and commissioned by our own crews to the manufacturer's requirements, serviced by our own department, and covered by our 5-year workmanship warranty on top of Mitsubishi Electric's own equipment warranty.

Our workmanship warranty
Every Mitsubishi Electric system we install carries TOZER's 5-year workmanship warranty, exactly as it does for any other brand. If anything about the installation itself is ever at fault, it is our problem and we fix it.
The manufacturer's warranty
The equipment carries Mitsubishi Electric's own manufacturer's warranty. At the quote we will explain exactly how a claim on the equipment is handled, and our service desk will help you through it if one is ever needed.
Servicing and repairs
Outside of warranty claims, our service department services and repairs Mitsubishi Electric systems the same way it does every other brand: the same checklist, the same technicians, the same office to call.

Measured in person
Greg or Shaun visits your home or site, checks the rooms, roof space, power and where the outdoor unit can live. No sizing off a floor plan alone.
A fixed written quote
You get the system, the brand, the price and what is included, in writing. If something is not in the quote, you will not be charged for it later.
Booked, stocked, ready
Units and ducting come from our own Beresfield warehouse, so the install date we give you is the date we turn up, not the date the supplier delivers.
Installed by our own crews
Trained in-house, in TOZER uniform, floor mats down and taped. Neat penetrations, sealed and capped, and the site swept before the van leaves.
Commissioned and checked
Every system is run on heating and cooling, pressures and temperatures checked, and signed off against our completion checklist before we hand over the controller.
Backed for five years
A 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty, honoured by our own service department. Call the same office that installed it.

Yes. It has a long-standing reputation in Australia for quiet, reliable equipment, and it is the brand we often suggest when noise is the main concern. We install it because customers ask for it and because it holds up.
Why are you not the warranty agent for Mitsubishi Electric?
Manufacturers appoint their own warranty agents, and ours are Daikin, Fujitsu and Panasonic. It does not change how we install or service a Mitsubishi Electric system, only how an equipment warranty claim is routed, which we explain at the quote.
How quiet is a Mitsubishi Electric wall unit really?
On the low fan setting, quiet enough that most people cannot hear it from the bed. Outdoor units are quiet as well, and we still place them with the neighbours in mind.
Can I control it from my phone?
Most current Mitsubishi Electric splits and ducted systems support Wi-Fi control with the right adaptor. Mention it at the quote and we will include it.
Mitsubishi Electric or one of your warranty-agent brands?
If the equipment is comparable for your job, the in-house warranty handling on Daikin, Fujitsu or Panasonic is a genuine advantage and we will say so. If Mitsubishi Electric is the better fit for the room, we will say that instead. Either way you get the same install and the same workmanship warranty.
