A Hunter favourite
for good reason
Walk down any street in Newcastle or Lake Macquarie and count the outdoor units. Fujitsu will be on a good share of them, and there is a reason: a wide, well-priced wall-split range that has proven itself through a lot of Hunter summers.
We install Fujitsu because it gives us a straightforward answer for the most common job we do, which is making one or two rooms comfortable without overspending. The wall splits are quiet, the sizes cover everything from a study to an open-plan living area, and the ducted range holds its own on whole-home jobs.
TOZER is a preferred Fujitsu warranty agent. If a Fujitsu system we installed ever needs warranty work, the claim is lodged and the repair done by our own service department in Beresfield. We also carry Fujitsu units in our own warehouse, which is why a Fujitsu install can often be booked sooner than you expect.

Wall-mounted split systems
The core of the Fujitsu range and the system we install most. Quiet, efficient inverter units with human-sensor and economy modes on the higher models, in sizes to suit almost any room.
Ducted systems
Inverter ducted systems with zone control for whole-home comfort, with slimline indoor units that suit tighter roof spaces.
Multi-split systems
Two or more indoor units off one Fujitsu outdoor unit, with wall, floor and bulkhead heads available. Good value for townhouses and homes without roof space.
Floor consoles
A low-mounted alternative to the wall unit for rooms with high windows or sloping ceilings, and a favourite for winter heating because the warm air starts at floor level.

Anyone can order a Fujitsu from a wholesaler. Being trusted to do Fujitsu's warranty repairs is a different thing, and it is worth asking any installer you talk to whether they are.
The claim comes to us
If a Fujitsu unit we installed fails inside its warranty period, you call our service desk in Beresfield. We diagnose the fault, lodge the claim with Fujitsu and carry out the repair. No hunting for a third-party agent, no waiting for two companies to agree whose job it is.
Both warranties, one office
Fujitsu's manufacturer's warranty, five years parts and labour on the residential ranges we install, plus TOZER's own 5-year workmanship warranty on the installation. Both are honoured by the same people who did the job.

Agent status means our crews install and commission to the manufacturer's requirements, which is what keeps your warranty valid. It is also why we do not cut corners on pipe runs, vacuuming and charge.

You get the system, the brand, the price and what is included, in writing. If something is not in the quote, you will not be charged for it later.
Booked, stocked, ready
Units and ducting come from our own Beresfield warehouse, so the install date we give you is the date we turn up, not the date the supplier delivers.
Installed by our own crews
Trained in-house, in TOZER uniform, floor mats down and taped. Neat penetrations, sealed and capped, and the site swept before the van leaves.
Commissioned and checked
Every system is run on heating and cooling, pressures and temperatures checked, and signed off against our completion checklist before we hand over the controller.
Backed for five years
A 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty, honoured by our own service department. Call the same office that installed it.

Yes. It has earned its place in so many Australian homes by being reliable, quiet and sensibly priced, and it is a brand whose warranty we are trusted to honour, which we would not do if the equipment let us down. We recommend it for a lot of single-room and multi-room jobs.
Fujitsu or Daikin?
Both are excellent, and we are warranty agents for both. Daikin's Australian-built ducted range gives it an edge on whole-home jobs; Fujitsu's wall-split range is broad and very well priced for room-by-room installs. Greg or Shaun will tell you which suits your house and budget at the measure.
What warranty comes with a Fujitsu system?
Fujitsu's residential ranges carry a five-year parts and labour manufacturer's warranty, and every TOZER install carries our own 5-year workmanship warranty. As a Fujitsu warranty agent, we handle any claim ourselves.
Can I control a Fujitsu system from my phone?
Most current Fujitsu splits and ducted systems can be fitted with Wi-Fi control. Mention it at the quote and we will include the right module or controller.
How quiet are Fujitsu wall units?
Quiet enough for a bedroom on the low fan setting, which is where most of them end up. Outdoor units are quiet too, though placement still matters, which is why we agree the outdoor position with you at the measure.
Do you service Fujitsu systems you did not install?
Yes. Our service department services and repairs Fujitsu systems of any age, whoever installed them.
