Request a quoteIs the quote really free?
Yes. The measure and the written quote cost nothing and there is no obligation. We would rather you compare us properly than feel pushed.
What should I have ready when I call?
Your suburb, roughly what you want cooled or heated, and whether the house is single or double storey. If it is a repair, the brand and what the system is doing. Lee will ask the rest.
Do I need to be home for the measure?
Yes, ideally. Greg or Shaun will want to walk through the rooms with you and talk about how you use the house, because that changes the design.
Can I just walk into the showroom?
At Beresfield, yes, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Saturdays and the Morisset showroom are by appointment so the right person is there for you.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. Any ducted, split or multi-split system, whoever installed it. Book through any of the regional numbers.
Which number should I use if I am between regions?
Any of them. They all ring in the same Beresfield office, so you will never be sent around in circles.
