Every region has its own number, and every one of them rings in our office. Lee on the service desk knows which crew is in your area this week, what stock is on the shelf for your job, and how far it is to your street. That is the whole point of being local.
Installs, servicing and repairs run across all six regions from the Beresfield warehouse. Our second showroom in Morisset covers the southern end of Lake Macquarie, so you can see systems running without a trip up the highway.

Breakdowns diagnosed and fixed by our own technicians, with warranty claims handled in-house for Daikin, Fujitsu and Panasonic.

Installs are quoted as a whole, so there is no separate travel line, wherever you are in the six regions. A standard service is a set price, and breakdown calls carry a set call-out fee. Both are listed under service pricing.
How far out do you actually go?
The six regions on this page: Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the Hunter Valley, the Central Coast from Gosford to Wyong, Nelson Bay and Port Stephens, Singleton and the Upper Hunter, and Morisset and the southern lake. If you are on the edge of one of them, call and ask. Lee will tell you honestly.
Which showroom should I visit?
Beresfield is the main showroom and warehouse, at 69 Elwell Close, open Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturday by appointment. The Morisset showroom suits the southern end of Lake Macquarie. Both have systems running so you can hear them for yourself.
Do the regional numbers go to different offices?
No. Every regional number rings in the Beresfield office, so you always get the same service desk and the same booking system. The separate numbers just make it easy to know you have reached the local crew.
Do you do the whole job with your own people, in every area?
Yes. The same TOZER crews cover all six regions from Beresfield, in TOZER uniforms and TOZER vans. We do not hand outer areas to subcontractors.
