One split system or a whole-home ducted install, the job runs the same way. That is what makes a five-year workmanship warranty easy to put in writing.
Measured in person
Greg or Shaun visits your home or site, checks the rooms, roof space, power and where the outdoor unit can live. No sizing off a floor plan alone.
A fixed written quote
You get the system, the brand, the price and what is included, in writing. If something is not in the quote, you will not be charged for it later.
Booked, stocked, ready
Units and ducting come from our own Beresfield warehouse, so the install date we give you is the date we turn up, not the date the supplier delivers.
Installed by our own crews
Trained in-house, in TOZER uniform, floor mats down and taped. Neat penetrations, sealed and capped, and the site swept before the van leaves.
Commissioned and checked
Every system is run on heating and cooling, pressures and temperatures checked, and signed off against our completion checklist before we hand over the controller.
Backed for five years
A 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty, honoured by our own service department. Call the same office that installed it.

Usually within the week, and often sooner, because Beresfield is on the doorstep. Call the Newcastle number or send the form and Lee will find a time that suits, including Saturdays by appointment.
Do you install in Newcastle apartments and strata units?
Yes, regularly, from Honeysuckle to Newcastle East and the Lake Macquarie waterfront. The key questions are where the outdoor unit can go and what the by-laws say. Bring the strata rules to the measure and we will tell you what is workable.
My house is near the beach. Does the salt matter?
It does. Salt air is hard on outdoor coils at Merewether, Bar Beach, Stockton, Redhead and along the lake foreshore. We position units out of the worst of it, recommend corrosion-protected coils where the brand offers them, and service coastal systems on a shorter interval.
Can you work on a heritage house?
Yes. The older homes in Cooks Hill, Hamilton and The Hill often need the outdoor unit kept off the street frontage and the indoor units placed to suit high ceilings and ornate cornices. We have done plenty, and we will talk through the options at the measure.
Do you do commercial work in Newcastle?
Yes. Shops, offices, hotels, cafés and restaurants across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, with scheduled maintenance that works around trading hours. See the commercial page.
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes. The Beresfield showroom at 69 Elwell Close is open Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturday by appointment, with systems running so you can hear them. Walk-ins are welcome.
