The Central Coast is rarely the hottest place in the region, but it is often the stickiest. Humidity is what makes a Coast summer night uncomfortable, and it is what a well-sized reverse-cycle system is best at fixing.
We have installed and serviced systems from the peninsula to the northern lakes for years. Fibro and brick cottages at Umina, Woy Woy and Long Jetty with limited roof space, where a split or multi-split is the sensible answer. Family homes in Kariong, Erina Heights, Kincumber and Berkeley Vale where ducted covers the house. New estates at Warnervale, Hamlyn Terrace and Woongarrah going in before the first summer. Apartments in Gosford and Terrigal with strata rules about the balcony.
Salt air is the Coast's particular problem. Outdoor units at Terrigal, Avoca, The Entrance and Toukley corrode faster than inland, so we position them thoughtfully, recommend corrosion-protected coils where the brand offers them, and service coastal systems on a shorter interval. Every install is done by our own crews and carries our 5-year workmanship warranty.

One split system or a whole-home ducted install, the job runs the same way. That is what makes a five-year workmanship warranty easy to put in writing.
Measured in person
Greg or Shaun visits your home or site, checks the rooms, roof space, power and where the outdoor unit can live. No sizing off a floor plan alone.
A fixed written quote
You get the system, the brand, the price and what is included, in writing. If something is not in the quote, you will not be charged for it later.
Booked, stocked, ready
Units and ducting come from our own Beresfield warehouse, so the install date we give you is the date we turn up, not the date the supplier delivers.
Installed by our own crews
Trained in-house, in TOZER uniform, floor mats down and taped. Neat penetrations, sealed and capped, and the site swept before the van leaves.
Commissioned and checked
Every system is run on heating and cooling, pressures and temperatures checked, and signed off against our completion checklist before we hand over the controller.
Backed for five years
A 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty, honoured by our own service department. Call the same office that installed it.

Ask us directlyDo you really cover the whole Coast?
From the peninsula at Umina and Woy Woy, through Gosford, Erina and Terrigal, up the coast to The Entrance, and north through Wyong to Lake Haven, Budgewoi and Gwandalan. If you are on the edge, call the Coast number and Lee will tell you straight.
How does salt air affect my system, and what can I do?
Salt corrodes the aluminium fins on the outdoor coil, which reduces performance and eventually causes leaks. Position matters, corrosion-protected coils help where the brand offers them, and a regular service with a coil clean is the single best thing you can do. Rinse the outdoor coil gently with fresh water between services if you are right on the beach.
Is a split system enough for a fibro cottage?
Usually. Most of the older Coast cottages have a living area and two or three bedrooms that suit a split in the living room and a multi-split for the bedrooms. If the roof space allows it, ducted is an option too, and we will tell you at the measure which is better value.
Can you install in a Gosford or Terrigal apartment?
Yes. The questions are where the outdoor unit can go and what the strata by-laws allow on the balcony or the external wall. Bring the by-laws to the measure and we will tell you what is workable.
How quickly can you get to the Coast for a repair?
Our technicians are on the Coast every week. Outside peak summer it is usually within a few days; in a heatwave, call early. The Coast number rings in our Beresfield office and the service desk books the first available technician in your area.
Do you do commercial work on the Central Coast?
