Every brand we stock is one our technicians know inside out, one we service every week, and one we can stand behind for the life of the system.
An installer who sells twenty brands cannot train on twenty brands and cannot be the warranty agent for twenty brands. We would rather do four properly. Our warehouse in Beresfield holds units and ducting for all four, which is why an install can be booked against stock on the shelf.
Three of the four, Daikin, Fujitsu and Panasonic, have appointed TOZER as a preferred warranty agent. That is a manufacturer's vote of confidence in how we install and service their equipment, and it means a warranty claim on those brands is handled from start to finish by our own service desk. The fourth, Mitsubishi Electric, we install and service on request because customers ask for it and because it is very good equipment.

None of them, universally. Each has strengths, which is why we stock four rather than one. The right brand is the one that fits your rooms, your roof space, your priorities on noise and air quality, and your budget. Greg or Shaun will tell you which at the measure, and why.
Why does it matter that you are a warranty agent?
Because the warranty only helps if someone will honour it without a fight. As agent for Daikin, Fujitsu and Panasonic, we diagnose, lodge and repair warranty faults ourselves. You deal with one office, the same one that installed the system.
Can you install a brand that is not on this page?
We would rather not, and we will tell you why: our technicians are not trained on it, and we cannot back it the way we back these four. If you have your heart set on another brand, we will be honest about what we can and cannot do.
Is the cheapest brand a false economy?
Not always, but the cheapest quote often is, because it is usually cheap on the install rather than the equipment. A well-installed mid-range unit will outlast and outperform a premium unit with a rushed install. Ask any installer what their workmanship warranty is.
Can I see the units before I decide?
Yes. The Beresfield showroom has systems running so you can hear how quiet they really are and see the size of the units on a wall. Bring your floor plan, or just bring your questions. Walk-ins are welcome in office hours.
Do all four brands come with the same warranty?
All four carry their manufacturer's warranty on the equipment, and every TOZER install carries our own 5-year workmanship warranty. The difference is who handles a manufacturer's claim: on Daikin, Fujitsu and Panasonic it is us; on Mitsubishi Electric we explain the process at the quote and help you through it.
